SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Where can i get my order?  

We believe that product delivery is very important, at AKIMORA we offer you the convenience of delivering your order to the address you choose (home, work, etc.) through our courier service.

In Sales campaigns, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, deliveries may suffer delays.

If the requested item is not available, we reserve the right of delivery. In this case, we will inform you and refund the payments already received immediately.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?  

Shipping costs are € XXXXX.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

The delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days from the order. (Except weekends and holidays)

What is the home delivery process?  

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking link when the order leaves our warehouse. 1 or 2 days may pass from the order.

Can I request an express delivery?  

No. Unfortunately we cannot offer you this service. We hope to incorporate it very soon.

What if I´m not at the address at the delivery time?  

Our transport company will make up to 2 delivery attempts. In case of not achieving delivery, the package will be deposited for 5 days at a delivery point before being returned to our central warehouse.

If the package still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to AKIMORA. Once the items are received in our warehouse, the refund of the money will be made in the same way of payment, with which the order has been paid.

Can I choose the delivery time?  

You cannot choose the delivery time, since we depend on the daily routes of our carrier.

RETURN and REFUND:

What is the return period?  

You have 15 days, from the date of receipt of the order, to make any return.

The refund of the return will be made in the same way in which you made the purchase. After approving the return (in store or in our warehouse), you will receive an email indicating the payment in your account.

Akimora reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Can I make a change?  

Unfortunately we do not make changes. You must return the item you want to exchange and independently make a new purchase.

When do I get my money back?  

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will check that the item is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

If these 3 conditions al fulfilled, we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the item in the same way as how it was paid.

The costs of the return are borne by the buyer.

How can I return an item?  

You can return the item through a courier company of your choice.

Enter the return form (the one you received with the order) and the shoe box inside another box. If you have more than one product, they must all go in the same box.

What should I keep in mind when sending a return?  

The item must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, together with the return delivery note and in the original shoe box.

In the situation that we receive an item that is not suitable for return, the refund will not be made.

At AKIMORA we do not accept postage due from other courier companies.

Keep the receipt until the amount of the purchase has been paid.

How can I know if the return has arrived?  

We will try to manage your return as quickly as possible. Once the return is made, we will send a confirmation email. Due to organizational issues since the item arrives at our warehouse, the refund may take 1 or 2 days.

Are shipping costs returned in case of a return?  

No. If the product is returned, we will refund the amount of your order, except for the shipping costs.

What if the product is defective? Can I change or return it?  

If you can. To do this you must contact us, via email at web@akimora.com.

ORDER:

Can I cancel an item or order?  

You can cancel it as long as it has not been sent. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Once canceled you will receive an email informing of the cancellation.

To cancel your order you can contact our Customer Service to cancel it. Contact us.

You can also withdraw from your purchase by completing the withdrawal form and send it attached by email to Web@akimora.com within 14 calendar days. Download form.

If the order has already left our warehouses, it will not be possible to cancel it, but the return can be made once received it back.

Are the items shown in the online store available?  

All articles published in the AKIMORA online store are available. Before shipping each item goes through a complete quality review. If the product is not in perfect condition for sale, we will contact the buyer.

¿Se pueden realizar pedidos por teléfono?  

No. At the moment, in our Customer Service we do not have the possibility of placing orders with our customers, but we will be happy to clarify any questions you may have about the purchase process at web@akimora.com.

How can I place an order in the Akimora online store?  

1. Put the items in the basket

First you must select all the items you want, choose the appropriate size or color and add them to the basket. To access the cart, click on the shopping cart icon, there you will have the option to remove or add more items.

2. Continue with the purchase

Don't you want to add any more items to your shopping cart? Then check out! You just have to click on the "Continue" icon. In this step the purchase is not yet binding, the process of consulting the relevant data for the order is simply started.

3. Create account / Login

Now you have to log in (if you haven't already), create an account or buy as a guest.

Already a customer? Please, enter your e-mail address and your personal password.

Are you new to our online store? Go in with your e-mail address and a personal password, and fill in the corresponding fields of the form. All information on Data Protection can be found here.

4. Type of shipment

The transport of the articles purchased in AKIMORA will be carried out through the transport company SEUR.

5. Payment method

Then select your preferred payment method. At AKIMORA we offer three different ways to pay for the order: Card, transfer and PayPal.

6. Review

The order summary gives you the opportunity to verify the data. If you want to make changes, simply click on the «Edit» button.

7. Finalize the order

By clicking on «Authorize payment», we register your order. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute an acceptance of your request, but serves to inform you that your order has been received. The purchase contract is concluded by sending the items you ordered.

8. Delivery

Typically, delivery occurs within 2-5 business days from the next business day. Once the merchandise is delivered to our associated courier company, we notify you by e-mail.

You can also follow the status of your order using the so-called «tracking number». This will be provided to you as part of the shipping information.

I have to create an account?  

Having an account at akimora has its advantages:

  • Quick access to make a purchase thanks to the stored data.
  • Summary of your orders.
  • You will be the first to find out about all the offers and news.

I have forgotten my account password. Now what?  

If you want to access your account and you have forgotten your password, simply click on «Remember password». Enter the e-mail address with which you created your AKIMORA account in the window that opens and we will send you an e-mail with a new password to access your account.

You can also contact web@akimora.com and we will create a new password.

How do I know that the order has been placed correctly?  

After each order, you will receive a confirmation email. In addition, you can always see the status of your order in your account. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to web@akimora.com and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Can prices change after placing an order?  

The prices shown at the time of your order will be the current prices for you. Subsequent price changes will not affect your order.

Where can I find the terms and conditions?  

The Terms and Conditions can be found here. In addition, you will be informed of the end of our Terms and Conditions, and we will also provide you with the link, because without the recognition of our Terms, no order can be placed.

We are sorry, but the option to pay cash on delivery is not accepted as a form of payment in the AKIMORA online store

Is it safe to make payments in the AKIMORA online store?

For payments by credit/debit card, we apply the new security procedures «Verified by Visa» and «MasterCard Secure Code». The bank that issued your cards will inform you about the use of the new 3-D-Secure security process and will register your card in this system.
